Mr Robbins has decades of experience in the agriculture, greenhouse and food manufacturing industries in roles from supervision to C-level positions, CFO and CEO.
In his roles as CEO at Wild Rice Exchange, Greenheart Farms, Northwest Horticulture and Speedling, Robbins has built a large network of contacts in the industry including agricultural experts, farmers and retailers. He spent the first 10 years of his career in food manufacturing (frozen, canned, dehydrated, beverage and grain) while attending college part to full time. He has also worked and traveled extensively in East Asia, Europe, Australia and the Middle East. He has worked in management positions for private and public companies with revenues from $5M- $2B 1985-BA in Business Administration/Accounting/Computer Science from CSU,Stanislaus, 1998-GSB Executive Program intensive at Stanford University 2004-Matriculated at Seattle University of Law in pursuit of a JD degree Many management training programs, including the Quality of Work life Deming Management style, Root Cause Analysis for Decision Making and many transactional analysis and management psychology courses at the university graduate level. After graduating with a finance degree, he sold the landscape company and moved to Chicago to trade commodities at The Board of Trade. Three years later he helped start a Merchandising company serving The Home Depot (THD) in 7 Midwest States with over 300 employees. The company was responsible for merchandising (physically placing) all indoor and outdoor live plants in over 140 stores. His merchandising company was directly involved with THD Executives including Midwest VPs, District Mgrs., Store Mgrs. and Human Resource department. Five years later Mr. Skinner was recruited to join Northwest Horticulture LLC in the Pacific Northwest as Director of Sales & Marketing for the Retail Division. During his tenor they grew the sales 5 fold increasing their customer base from Kmart and Lowe’s to include The Home Depot, Costco, Menards, Wal-Mart, Haggen Food & Grocery, Fred Meyer, Wilco Food Mart and several large Independent Garden Centers. 5 years later he was recruited back to Chicago area to join Hampshire Farms LLC as the General Manager. He managed the company through a complete reorganization and turned the company into a unified efficient team that became profitable within a year. During his 4-year tenor they increased their top lines sales from $12M to over $20M with the same store count at THD and Costco. Mr. Skinner then started Skinner Enterprises Inc. as a client representation and consulting firm offering expertise in: Sales & Marketing; Business Management; Budgeting & Finance; Staff Training, Development & Conflict Resolution; Operational, Logistic & IT Continuity. Dominick has done consulting for large lobbying and business development firms. He started a consulting firm called S&W Capital Enterprises and provided consulting services for the GC Barnes Group, lobbyists out in Washington, DC to provide funding and government contracts via US Department of Energy (DOE).
He joined David's former company, Earth Sense Energy USA, Inc. in September, 2015 and organized the trading group, named Earth Sense Energy Trading Company, LLC. As the Co-Founder, with David Robbins of this company, Dominick bought and sold biofuel commodities internationally. Dominick joined US AG Holdings in 2016 to develop business in the fresh food and fodder business and to research government programs of grants, matching investment funds and loan guarantee approvals.
Dominick established his company DW Image, a marketing and business development firm specializing in Digital Advertising, Branding, Marketing, Reputation Management and Sales training.

As a farm & marketing business owner, He developed annual supply chain contracts between national Retail, Wholesale and Food Service clients. Obtaining key strategic client partnerships provided the ability to develop growing districts all over the world. Meeting the high demands of a 52 week forecasted supply chain agreements, became a very important part of the company’s annual offerings, and they quickly found efficiencies and savings that they could pass on. Creating value among growers and customers alike, has been a very important cornerstone in our business profile, and has created an outstanding network of Retail Stores, Wholesalers, and Food Service entities for life who are examples of Clients our company have represented and successfully supplied.

Chris has three wonderful children and has the best of both worlds in his life. Chris has the ability of being in the middle of the nation’s largest farming districts and flexible enough to be able to travel to every major customer head quarter division in the US/Canada/Mexico.
